The challenge with building software around Supply Chain is that it changes a lot—Quality Bicycle Products saw Anaplan as a flexible solution that could scale and grow to meet its needs. Prior to QBP beginning its Anaplan journey in early 2018, they didn’t have a system to plan proprietary and distribution. They engaged Twelve Consulting Group to implement a Data Hub project, robust Commercial Planning models, and, most recently, a Statistical Forecasting model.
